We will have a short break to allow those who are not members of the Angling Trust & Fish Legal to join us for the Brighter Future Conference.
Our passion for your sport – a year in review
Join the Angling Trust & Fish Legal leadership team as we discuss the progress we have made in protecting and growing fishing as well as our work for the year ahead – working alongside key partners such as the Environment Agency and Sport England.
We will have a 40 minute break for lunch and networking. Lunch is provided for all attendees.

Adam Brown from Substance and Tom Sherwood from the Environment Agency will be joining us to discuss the latest National Angling Strategy, the key areas of focus and how everyone can get involved in helping to grow our sport.
How British Triathlon are building a brighter future for their sport

We are joined by Amy Crow, Participation Manager for British Triathlon who will take us through their recent success in growing both membership and participation in their sport over recent years – a great opportunity to look at what other sports are doing to stay relevant in the modern world.
We will break out into different workshop sessions. You choose which workshop you want to attend!

Making the most of volunteers to build a brighter future for your club
Led by Clive Copeland (Head of Participation), Richard Hadley (Coaching Centre Manager) and Karen Sarkar (National Volunteers Manager) from the Angling Trust.
More fish, better environments – our campaigning focus for the future
Led by Stuart Singleton-White (Head of Campaigns, Angling Trust) and Penny Gane (Head of Legal Practice, Fish Legal)
